What’s Your DMO (Daily Mode of Operation) in Your Home Based Business?

We can all get distracted (very easily) at home, trying to “fit” our business in around our kids, the laundry, the housecleaning, or a J-O-B.  So, how, exactly, are you supposed to fit it all in?

Weekly Schedule

Once you factor in all those things, ask yourself “How much time do I realistically have for my business?” And, “What can I put aside for awhile?”

Then, calendar your week and color code it something

like this…

This is my calendar, so yours will obviously be different (with different colors), but the idea is the same. In business, if it’s not on the calendar, it doesn’t get done.

I hope you’ve found value from this blog post!  I’d love to hear your comments on what’s working for you in your weekly calendar.

Until next time,
